Through our local mission activity we seek to be an extension God’s love to the people of our surrounding community.
We currently support the work and ministry of Tavistock Assistance Program (TAP); the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) and their Thrift store in New Hamburg; Wilmot family Resource Centre in New Hamburg; Agape Fellowship in London. We also participate in the Nursing Home Programs that are provided by the Tavistock Ministerial to our two local Nursing Homes.
Many of our congregational members extend God’s love through their active involvement in our local community as they serve as members on community service clubs and organizations, volunteer in minor sports, and love their neighbour in very practical ways.
