Good Friday Service of The Nails
Friday April 18, 2025
As you entered the sanctuary this morning, each of you should have been given a nail; if you did not receive one, please alert an usher to get one to you. Throughout the service you are encouraged to hold this nail, to feel it in your hand as you hear the words of Scripture, and as you hear the nails pounded into the cross. As you come forward to receive from the Lord’s Table later in the service, you will be invited to leave the nail at the front as you receive the bread and the cup or the pretzels and grapes.
