DESCRIPTION:Do your physical fitness routines need some Fall renewal?\n\nTh
 e Health Ministry Team\, in partnership with Tracey Kropf\, invites you to
  join Walking Club this summer—a welcoming opportunity to care for your 
 body\, strengthen your faith\, and connect with others in community.\n\nWh
 ether you’re maintaining your routine or looking for a fresh start\, we
 ’d love to have you join us. New participants are always welcome!\n\nSch
 edule:\n\nMondays (Bi-weekly)\n\n7:00–8:00 p.m.\n\nLocations:\nWalks wil
 l take place throughout Tavistock and New Hamburg\, including neighbourhoo
 d routes and local hiking trails.\n\nWhat to Expect\n\n* A brisk 45–60 m
 inute walk designed to elevate your heart rate.\n* Walk alongside others a
 t a pace that matches your fitness level.\n* A Christ-centred atmosphere\n
 * An opportunity to support physical fitness\, spiritual wellness\, and me
 aningful relationships through regular connection.\n\nDid You Know?\nJesus
  and His disciples often travelled on foot as they served others. Walking 
 together reminds us that our journey of faith is one we share with one ano
 ther.\n\nWho Can Attend?\n\nWalking Club is open to:\n\n* Women and men\n*
  Older youth\n* Anyone of any fitness level who has been medically cleared
  for physical activity\n\nWhat to Bring\n\n* Comfortable walking shoes\n* 
 Water bottle\n* Weather-appropriate clothing\n\nAdditional Information\n\n
 Walking Club is led by Tracey Kropf and is offered as a volunteer-led mini
 stry.\n\nThere is no cost and no registration required.\n\nWe look forward
  to growing stronger together—in both body and faith—through fellowshi
