DESCRIPTION:Do your physical fitness routines need some Fall renewal?\nThe 
 Health Ministry Team\, in partnership with Tracey Kropf\, invites you to j
 oin Holy Movement this Fall—a welcoming opportunity to care for your bod
 y\, strengthen your faith\, and connect with others in community.\n\nWheth
 er you’re maintaining your routine or looking for a fresh start\, we’d
  love to have you join us. New participants are always welcome!\n\nSchedul
 e\n\nTuesdays (Bi-weekly)\nStarting August 4\n7:30–8:30 PM\n\nLocation:\
 nBasement of East Zorra Mennonite Church\n\nWhat to Expect\n\n 	Gentle str
 etching and bodyweight strengthening exercises focusing on core\, upper\, 
 and lower body (light weights may be incorporated for those interested).\n
  	A Christ-centred atmosphere featuring a short devotional and praise &amp
 \; worship music.\n 	An opportunity to support physical fitness\, spiritua
 l wellness\, and meaningful relationships through regular connection.\n\nW
 ho Can Attend?\n\nHoly Movement is open to:\n\n 	Women and men\n 	Older yo
 uth\n 	All fitness levels who have been medically cleared for physical act
 ivity\n\nWhat to Bring\n\n 	Exercise mat\n 	Water bottle\n 	Light hand wei
 ghts (optional)\n\nAdditional Information\n\nHoly Movement is led by Trace
 y Kropf\, a volunteer\, non-certified instructor. There is no cost and no 
 registration required. Before participating\, all attendees will be asked 
 to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and an Agr
 eement of Release &amp\; Liability form.\n\nWe are excited to continue thi
 s ministry throughout the summer and look forward to growing stronger toge
